When will my items be shipped?
What if I need to return or exchange an item?
What if my order is incorrect or defective?
Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of payment. Upon sending your items, you will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number.
Please note that shipping delays may be experienced during holidays. If you require faster shipping then please contact us for alternate arrangements.
If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, then please contact our customer service department.
Items being returned or exchanged must be received by us within 7 business days of package receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and previous shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.
We apologize for any error made and for any inconvenience it may have caused. Please contact our customer service department and we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Depending on your preference we will either ship the correct item or issue a refund.
